Greca selections and interpretations were informed by online research and conversations with local alebrije artist, Carolina (Balam Studios). I'm deeply grateful to Carolina for welcoming me into her studio and generously sharing her artistry, lived experience, and family traditions. Our conversation helped shape this work with greater understanding and intention.
