Home and Heart in Bloom celebrates 125 years of Stanford Sierra Youth & Families, tracing its journey from early beginnings to the lasting legacy it continues to build today. Seeds of hope take root along multicolored pathways, marking moments of growth, support, and connection. Inspired by milestones and real stories, the mural reflects the many ways healing, belonging, and permanency can take shape. Showcasing compassion and being human with other humans, this imagery is meant to uplift, to welcome, and to remind us that we walk this path together.
